We are in the middle of summer wedding season and the weather has (mostly) been beautiful – especially here in the Bay of Plenty. If you are still planning your wedding in NZ remember we offer nationwide delivery.

Photo Booth Fun has a team of amazing operators ready to travel around New Zealand so be sure to give us a call on 0800 368 626 to check we have a booth available on your special date.

With our Tauranga base we offer FREE delivery within 50kms of the Tauranga CBD, and that covers all of the local conference facilities and wedding venues, and includes Katikati to the north, Pyes Pa, Papamoa and Te Puke to the south.

But we go much further, in fact as long as you’ve got vehicle access and power we cover the whole of the Bay of Plenty region including Rotorua, Kawerau, Whakatane and Opotiki.

If you’re thinking even further afield, then don’t worry we’ve got our network of photo booth regions all over New Zealand, with booths in Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Napier, Wellington and Christchurch each region offers free delivery within 50kms of the CBD, and that’s a massive chunk of New Zealand covered!

Christmas Parties and End of Year Awards functions and events have certainly kept us crazy busy these past few weeks –  but as the photo booth company of choice by many of the country’s  premier wedding venues, organisers and photographers – Weddings are certainly beginning to as well now!

Our in-house graphic designer will create a personal photo strip taken from your invite or wedding imagery. He will take the time to design the perfect strip to match your special day.  Check out for our special promotion we are running for November 2016.

With every package booked you will receive a custom USB stick with all the individual images and photo strip prints taken in the photo booth.  These are high quality images that you will have forever to use as you please.

To prop or not to prop?!??

Here at Photo Booth Fun we see many things… we see many people laughing, many people planning the perfect pose,  many people giggling as they retrieve their photo strip – all and all we see a lot of people having fun! Part of that fun is deciding on which prop to where – there are so many choices, which one sums up you? which one is good for the laughs? which one is just the cutest? and then there is the question that often follows the complex prop decision ….do we even prop?

Truth is our booths are fun however you approach them, sometimes its nice to hide behind a prop …sometimes it is fun to go all out and crazy with the props and sometimes it is cool to just be you!

One of our Taranaki Managers Jordan and Operator Tess will now demonstrate a few proping options….

First up we have ‘The Prop’ classically done …. Jordan even has 2 props (FYI you can never have too many props)…

Nest up we have’The Half Prop’ this is great if you are not truly ready to commit to the full prop seen above, just grab one thing and you are away laughing…

And finally we have ‘The No Prop’ … here there are no props in action but as you can see Tess and Jordan don’t need a prop when they can pull classic photo booth facials like these…

Already the Wellington Photo Booth Fun schedule is filling up with corporate parties, annual awards dinners, staff get together’s, fundraisers/community events…  and private parties where friends and families are just getting together to have fun!

We WON! We actually flaming won!

You may remember seeing a post back in April when we found out we had been nominated for a Taranaki Wedding Industry Award – we were so excited to have been nominated! We were up against some AMAZING businesses who we love to work alongside at events…we would have been so happy for them to win, there really were so many deserving businesses.

The awards night rolled about and the Taranaki team headed out to the event (with the booth of course). Taranaki Weddings had put on a spectacular evening and the team were having a ball! The time came to read out the nominations and as the name “Photo Booth Fun” was read out and displayed on screen the team was so proud to have been included….there was a pause and then… “and the winner of the Entertainment category is…. PHOTO BOOTH FUN”
