We have a range of packages accomodating smaller schools with less than 250 guests attending, medium sized schools with 250-500 guests and two award winning booths for larger schools with 500+ guests attending – our packages starting from just $1.90 per student.

Our Classic Kiwi Summer

It sure has been hot lately, the perfect kiwi summer…and what do us kiwi’s do every summer – we head to the beach!

We have found the perfect way to spend our summer and we think you will agree it ticks all the boxes! Imagine a place where you can relax and enjoy delicious food and live music while wondering through stalls of some incredibly talented people selling beautiful products all on the water’s edge – sounds unreal doesn’t it?? Turns out this amazing place exists right here in New Plymouth. We have been spending our kiwi summer at the beach with our wonderful photo booth thanks to The Seaside Market – it really is a fantastic event with the best summer vibes. See our photo booths really can be set up just about anywhere, even the beach is no problem at all. The team at Photo Booth Fun would like to wish you all the very best for the holiday season! Though I’m writing this from Sunny Hawkes Bay I know all our staff from right around the country join with me in Merry Christmas

We’ve been involved in some awesome events this year in Hawkes Bay, from Weddings to 21st Parties, from 50th, 60th and 70th birthdays to the Special Children’s Extravaganza, from School Balls to  work conferences and functions and an amazing night at Christmas at the Park with Dave Dobbyn and 27000 guests I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic year for Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and the whole Hawkes Bay region!

And 2016 is looking to be even better! I look forward to our team coming to your special event and adding some extra photobooth fun!

It is that time of year!

If your house is like my house then you are probably well into the Christmas countdown! While I am still trying to figure out where exactly the last 10 months have gone I find myself saying “be nice to your sister – you know Santa’s elves are heading out soon to keep watch” all too often, and answering all toy requests with “put it in your letter to Santa and see what happens”. Christmas stores seem to be popping up in places I didn’t even know existed and that catchy Christmas music has started in the background of radio adverts… what does all this mean? It is a fairly good indication that one of my favourite times of the year is upon us… end of year work function time!!

That amazing time of year when you get to let your hair down knowing that a Christmas break is so close you can almost touch it…and what are the vital ingredients for a successful work function? Good food, Good drink, good entertainment AND a good photo booth! That is where Photo Booth Fun come in and we can’t wait!

 

So be like these 2 at your work function…

The Wedding Gift NZ & Giving something back

I don’t think many of us can even begin to imagine how earth shattering getting news that our lives will end sooner than we ever thought could ever be, it isn’t something that we like to think about…. But just for a moment imagine you have just been given a limited time to live…. I think at that point most of us would begin to write a list of things that we wanted to check off while we still could. For some people one of the most important things on that list could be to marry the one they love. Now imagine that getting married is on your bucket list but you simply don’t have the time, or the knowledge or possibly the funds to achieve that big day? Heart-breaking! Well there is a new organisation in town and it is set to make all the difference – a caring, selfless non-profit organisation to help those who are terminally ill to achieve their wedding dreams and Photo Booth Fun are right there with them.

The Wedding Gift NZ is a non-profit organisation providing/planning wedding ceremonies and celebrations for people with life threatening or terminal illnesses in Taranaki. (Although in time, the aim is you reach far more than just Taranaki)

Services are provided by local business without prejudice or agenda for the simple purpose of sharing love and providing lasting memories.

I’m sure at this point you wonderful Taranaki people are wondering what you can do to help with this amazing new venture – well the good news is they have their first fundraising event coming up soon. Backdrop love – making it your own

We love the fact that our photo booths have a curtain that you can hide behind and get all crazy… but the fun doesn’t have to stop there!

For the more adventurous posers out there the curtain can be flung back to reveal all – posing with an audience can be just as fun! While a blank wall can be nice, a bit of DIY can take you booth experience up a notch – if you can fancy up the wall behind you or even find a fun and interesting wall you can give your guests the option to stay behind the curtain or have photos with a unique back drop or both!  – You can even add something to the existing curtain to make it your own – like Sam did for his Indian themed 50th, goodbye black curtain and hello blue sari.

This idea really got us thinking so off we went to search for some fun and different ideas that could inspire a curtain alternative …. remember you can keep the curtain on while still having a fabulous background on standby … we love what we found….have a look at these beauties and let your imagination go, we would love to see what you come up with!

There is something so exciting about repeat bookings! We love that we get to attend your events each year – it is always so nice to see you again!

Obviously repeat weddings wouldn’t be ideal, after all you aim to do those just the one time BUT school balls and corporate events are a different story! It really is the greatest compliment to ask us back for another of your events and it sure makes us feel all loved! A couple of weeks ago the Taranaki Team headed back to do another SHGC ball and like always it was an awesome evening! It seems people can just never have enough of Photo Booth Fun!

Thank-you for remembering us and our booth each time you plan your events, we can’t wait for the repeat Christmas bookings! If you haven’t had one of our booths before … well why not?
